Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions. Beanstalk hired Tamara Knapp Advisory to assist us with employee onboarding, culture, and policy development when our company was at huge crossroads in terms of growth and operational processes development.

Tamara pulled us all together, helped us to articulate a mission and vision statement and organize our business operations on multiple fronts. Our employee onboarding process became streamlined and user friendly.
