My career has taken me through various levels of executive leadership from Vice President of  Operations & Human Resources, Executive Vice President, and COO and I have had the  pleasure of launching and growing several organizations over the past 25 years, including one that began with 3 employees and grew to over 600.

While my experiences were incredible, I found myself wondering why I was not feeling the same level of passion and excitement I had when the companies were smaller with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Over lunches and coffees with colleagues, friends, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, it became clear that my passion stemmed from my obsession with organization, details and problem solving.

That I have a unique ability to see through the chaos, transcend silos and find efficiencies and opportunities to help organizations work smarter not harder and  that my sweet spot was in companies from start-up to 200 employees.

I also understood that although these companies needed a COO, an EVP, or VP of HR – they were positions they couldn’t afford to hire but couldn’t afford not to have.

I realized then it was time for a change and to hang my own shingle and offer the services of a seasoned progressive executive through consulting.
